When my children were young, there
was nothing outside of providing them food and
shelter that was more important to me than
building a positive relationship with their
teachers, built on mutual trust and
respect for one another and now as an Educator,
I have decided to declare 2016 the year of

ensuring that teachers are aware and sensitive
